Other than both being librarian bloggers, C.W. and I have another vice in common. We are gamers. Me: World of Warcraft. Right now I mention it in this slightly safer place because of the certain stigma that's attached to being a gamer. It is amazing, and I think it is a smart move, that some librarians are taking gaming seriously and are looking at ways of serving their patrons who have this interest. I'm more interested in hearing about librarians who actually are gamers. I think that the realization that librarians can also be gamers might in a small way reduce some of the us & them dynamic that could be a potential difficulty in this area.
